If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. Due to privacy concerns, Iv & Mar cannot reach out to USPS on behalf of the customer. USPS will allow you to file a claim.
If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.
UNFORTUNATELY FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL WE WILL NOT BE ALLOWING REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC AT THIS TIME
We happily accept unworn/unused merchandise within 14 days of the date your merchandise was delivered. Returns must be shipped back to our office under the responsibility and cost of the buyer. Please note, any return received that do not comply with our return policy will be shipped back. The refund amount will be processed and returned to the original form of payment.
Iv&Mar is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
All sales items are nonrefundable.
